Arbitration
OVERVIEW
The firm handles arbitration cases both in France and internationally.
It assists its clients in proceedings conducted under the auspices of the major arbitration institutions (ICC, AFA, LCIA, AAA), as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, covering all stages of the dispute.
The firm also assists its clients in post-arbitration proceedings, particularly regarding the enforcement of arbitral awards, applications for annulment, and appeals against orders granting exequatur for international arbitral awards.
OUR INTERVENTIONS
The arbitration cases handled by the firm include, among others :
- Representing an international group in an ICC arbitration concerning the remediation of an industrial site.
- Representing a French group in an ad hoc arbitration concerning the performance of an energy supply contract.
- Representing an investment fund in an LCIA arbitration concerning the performance of a service contract.
- An appeal for the annulment of a CCI arbitral award rendered in Morocco on the basis of Article 1520 of the Code of Civil Procedure (violation of international public policy and failure by the arbitrator to fulfill his duties) before the Paris Court of Appeal.
- An appeal to set aside an order granting exequatur to an arbitral award rendered in Tunisia on the basis of Articles 1520 and 1525 of the Code of Civil Procedure (violation of international public policy, failure by the arbitrator to fulfill his duties, and violation of the adversarial principle) before the Paris Court of Appeal.
