Mathieu is admitted to the Paris Bar.

After several years working for top-ranked French and international law firms (Ashurst, Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, Reinhart Marville Torre), he co-founded Rondot Eychène in 2017.

Mathieu’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, white-collar litigation and commercial arbitration.

He specializes in the resolution of shareholders disputes, commercial lease litigation and collective insolvency proceedings.

His client base, both French and foreign, includes large groups, SMEs and company managers.

Mathieu recent experience includes:

• representing a leading European automotive supplier in a €8m+ industrial dispute;
• representing former shareholders of a company in a dispute regarding the completion of a SPA;
• obtaining numerous ex parte evidence-gathering orders under article 145 of the french code of civil procedure in the context of unfair competition;
• representing a french automotive supplier in a dispute against its former CEO regarding termination indemnities;
• representing minority shareholders in a dispute among shareholders in a family-owned business;
• representing a foreign compay in emergency proceedings before the Paris Economic Activities Court (“Tribunal des activités économiques”) in an industrial and supply-chain litigation.
