Guillaume de Fréminville is admitted to the Paris Bar.
After several years working for top-ranked French and international law firms (Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Reinhart Marville Torre and Latham & Watkins), he joined Rondot Eychène Fréminville in 2020.
Guillaume’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, white-collar litigation and commercial arbitration.
He has an expertise in post-acquisition litigation and shareholders disputes, as well as in disputes related to contract enforcement, termination of established commercial relationships and unfair competition.
