A graduate of the universities of Assas and La Sorbonne, as well as Oxford University and the London School of Economics, Guillaume de Fréminville has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He specializes in business litigation and acquired significant experience within top-tier French and international law firms (Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Reinhart Marville Torre, and Latham & Watkins).
Guillaume is a seasoned litigator who has successfully represented clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation and high-stakes white-collar crime matters, both in France and internationally, on behalf of listed companies, investment funds, and sovereign states. Some of these cases have attracted significant media attention.
In 2020, he co-founded the law firm Rondot Eychène Fréminville.
Drawing on these experiences, Guillaume has developed particular expertise in post-acquisition disputes (including warranty claims, earn-outs, and Put & Call mechanisms) and shareholder conflicts, as well as in complex commercial contract litigation. Since 2020, he has also built a strong practice in disputes involving tech and blockchain companies. His clients, both French and international, include large corporations, investment funds, SMEs, and corporate executives.
